Furnace imaging is conducted by installing our mobile furnace camera and, for added detail, flue gas temperature measurement equipment to furnace ports.
Video image and temperature information can be viewed on-site or remotely – at the location where adjustments are made, such as in the control room or at the burner.
Videos may also be edited to present a video comparison of, for example, different adjustments or firing loads.

Statistical Imaging

With statistical imaging method, developed by Pyrovisio Ltd., geometry of combustion may be observed in one image. The statistical method forms a long exposure image of combustion, which represents combustion in its average state.
